AskTheOther.ai ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our service.

What We Do NOT Store

We do NOT store, log, or retain:

• Your prompts or queries
• LLM responses or conversation data
• Any content from your conversations with Claude or other LLMs
• Your payment information (all payments are handled by Stripe)

Requests pass through our server to ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity APIs, and responses return directly to you. We act as a pass-through proxy and do not retain any conversation data.

What We Store

We only store the following minimal data:

• Usage counts: We track the number of requests you make (not the content of those requests) for billing purposes
• Account information: Your email address and encrypted authentication credentials (managed by Supabase Auth)

We do not store any content from your conversations, prompts, queries, or responses.

Pass-Through Service

AskTheOther.ai acts as a secure proxy between Claude Desktop and third-party LLM providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity). Your data is subject to the privacy policies of these third-party providers:

We do not retain any of your conversation data. All requests are processed in real-time and responses are returned directly to you.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your payment information. Stripe handles all payment data according to their Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We do not retain conversation data. Usage counts are stored for billing purposes and are associated with your account. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove all associated data.

You have the right to:

• Access your account data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Request information about what data we store
